My Fender Guitar

My hands have been sore so I started playing the guitar to give them a little extra movement and it seems to help. The tips of my fingers on my left are so sore that the pain in the rest of my hands seems to be a non factor. The culprit( the pic of my guitar will go here when I can figure out how to import the picture)

Playing the guitar,bowling,golf and typing are keeping my hand active, so now there numb. Progress. dougo
