Have we been set back

I was checking out blogging sites last night and read story from people in Iraq and other parts ofthe world. It was nice to see that some are doing ok, but we here in the USA have little things that most of the world only dream about. We are able to speak our minds and drive anywhere we like on a daily basis. Even the poor in the USA have more freedoms than most of the world. I know that not all is good here in the USA but we have freedom that we just take for granted.

If I made the comments you made in you cartoon, I would most likly be booted out of town or something more disastrous. It is only our Freedoms that may keep you from jail.
